In the hustle and bustle of all the things we have to do each day, we often forget about our bodies, which carry us around and make everything possible. “Hello, Body!” is an 11 minute meditation to give you a little moment of calm and prepare your body for the day ahead. It will also be great at the end of the day, and can relax you before bed.

Try to develop a little “Space in Time” ritual for yourself. Mine is to make a cup of tea and then sit and stare out of my window for the time it takes to drink the tea, no phone, no book, maybe a little music (usually not) and just staring.
If you can, find a local Yoga, Tai Chi or Qigong class and treat yourself. These activities will teach you to breathe in sync with your movements and teach skills to calm or energise consciously. They will also help you build a sense of your core, and core strength.
